Include a portable version that enables you to use it on all of your computers without having to install it on each one. This would also cut down on registry additions and other impacts.

Include more audio formats. There's only MP3 included with this software

Although there are quite a few video formats not all are available Include all video formats to make this a better program

Use graphics card hardware to improve format conversion/ripping.

Make it all in one, include blu-ray and hd support, notably HD-DVD. I know that format is dead, but a lot of folks (like me) either have the old XBox 360 drive and would like to play our discs on the computer or rip them and burn them to blu-ray. Tha

Instead of selling so many DVD products seperately why doesn't the developer combine all their software into a single suite of applications.

Not only does it hijack your browser it takes you to a totally unrelated piece of software (duplicate finder)

Remove the 'Check New Version' from the main GUI. This could be placed in the about section

Reduce the price - you can get all of these tools for free on the net

I don't like the fact that when I try to install the software from the giveaway wrapper my browser is directed to the developer site without asking permission.

Uncheck the boxes that direct you to the airplayit site when you complete the installation wizard.

Improve the user interface. For such an expensive DVD ripper you'd expect a better looking GUI

The help file is quite decent, but it would be nice if there were links to video walkthroughs that show you how to use the software. This would be especially useful for novice users.

Add dvd authoring capabilities for burning mobile/streams/etc. for playback in a stand alone DVD player

Include a network version that enables you to use this software on a home network - thus saving having to install to all computers and saving valuable resources.

Is it safe to accept the update that opens on starting the program for the first time, or will it unregister the product

Allow user to select target size of convertes video. Include preset sizes such as CD, DVD 4.5 etc. and also have custom sizes.

The developer has 13 seperate programs for ripping or converting video. Combine the lot into a complete suite and sell for the price of one
