Provide the shrink functionality. If I want to keep the original format and do not want to loose space, shrinking the dvd size will help.

Ability to rip to ISO. This seems to be the most user friendly format for restoring an identical copy.

Simple, it currently rips to many versions but I don't think ISO is one of them, and ISO captures everything, menus, format, everything and is easier to restore if the original disk is damaged.

Not all known copy protection schemas are covered. Will not decrypt some new releases.

Copy schemas evolve daily, declaring that you cover them all is only valid to the date of your last compile/build

Include Support for video capture. I use roxio, but it doesn't compress very well, and I have to use the WinX converter to compress later.

Change the Program Folder to which it installs from Digiarty to WinX. WinX is widely recognized whereas Digiarty is not.

Compatability

I already had v6.3.5 in stalled from the last giveaway. I installed this one and the AIR server worked fine but NEITHER version of WinX DVD Ripper Platinum (original or SE) would work. Had to uninstall, download just the DVD Ripper and re-install....

Top part of interface is very user friendly; however, the lower segment for the video/audio settings should be simplified as well. What is seen now should really be more of an advanced menu setting for AV-experts. I would suggest mirroring what you

I don't have an iPhone/iPad. I have an Android based phone. How about streaming for that? The program is great but the streaming does me no good.

Did I miss it in the app? We need a burner to complete it. I also couldn't find a second/two pass option (just to make sure everything is in sinc) Possibly an option to use 3rd party codec packs to incode?

Show folder or DVD-name of input file and suggest as name of output-folder! Show estimated time for conversion, not just the real-time display-time left. Allow to interrupt, pause copying, and continue also after restart of PC!

I backed up a DVD to ISO and received a popup window stating this edition only allowed this 5 times. I didn't see this restricition anywhere in the description. Is this correct?

ISO output file from DVD needs to be shrunk enough to fit on a 4.7 DVD.Otherwise, no use to me for copying.
