The headline 'Pay attention to converting process' should be changed to something like 'troubleshooting'. As is, it reads as if the list of suggestions is a set of instructions, to be done one at a time, instead of discrete options. Further, it would be nice if the individual suggestions were explained somewhat.
In my copywriting days of long ago, the saying was 'the more you tell, the more you sell', and a bare-bones help file seems to me a good way not to sell anything. Maybe there are audio and video freaks around who understand all the terms used, and appreciate when to (and when not to) use this or that codex, but I am not one of them. Moreover, although I belong to an active computer club, I don't know anyone else who does, either! So maybe there is room for a help-led sales drive? How about, for instance, some decent information about how to choose between the different codexes listed in 'Support Formats' and in 'Glossary'? (Plus, perhaps, mention the glossary on page one of the Help?)
