ᾉllow to change the name of the output folder (Standard: new folder)

Show folder or DVD-name of input file and suggest as name of output-folder!
Show estimated time for conversion, not just the real-time display-time left.
Allow to interrupt, pause copying, and continue also after restart of PC!
